Warehouse Sealer X-1 
Warehouse Sealer X-1 is a permanent silicate based deep penetrating sealer which means that it is guaranteed to last for the life of your concrete because it chemically bonds to the concrete to become part of its integral structure. It is highly effective in commercial and industrial environments making the concrete physically stronger and denser protecting it against frost and salt while increasing its resistance to stains, acids, alkalis, moisture, mold and mildew. This product will cure moisture problems by preventing hydrostatic water from penetrating through the concrete. It will also stop dusting, efflorescence, spalling, pitting, crumbling and prevent mold, mildew and algae growth. The product will seal the concrete to significantly reduce the level of radon gas penetration which is known to cause lung cancer by the EPA.
Warehouse Sealer X-1 is easy to apply using a brush, medium nap roller or low pressure sprayer at any temperature between 40 and 80°F. The surface to be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be oil and dust free to allow proper penetration of the product. It will cover approximately 200 to 400 square feet per gallon depending on the concrete porosity and two coats are recommended. Typically a 5 gallon pail will seal a maximum of 1,000 square feet of poured concrete using the two required applications(2,000 sq ft total) but this coverage can be lower depending on the porosity.
Warehouse Sealer X-1 penetrates through the capillaries of the concrete to a maximum depth of up to 4" where it chemically neutralizes damaging chemicals to form a hard insoluble structure based on calcium silicate and calcium hydroxide. Unlike surface coatings this product will not be damaged by efflorescence or be worn down by heavy traffic because it is permanent.
Warehouse Sealer X-1 leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application, it is UV resistant, non-yellowing, breathable and the surface will not be slippery. This sealer is not a repellant coating so the concrete can be painted after it has been sealed with increased paint adhesion because the sealer neutralizes the alkalis in the concrete preventing saponification of the paint. Adhesives and epoxy coatings can also be applied over the sealed concrete with no adverse effects.
Warehouse Sealer X-1 is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and nonflammable because it does not contain chemical solvents or release any VOC or noxious fumes.
Warehouse Sealer X-1 is a ready to use, DIY type product which has a shelf life of at least two years.

Warehouse Sealer X-2
Warehouse Sealer X-2 is a higher concentration product than Warehouse Sealer X-1. It creates the same chemical reactions within the concrete as Warehouse Sealer X-1 and it has the same physical properties, coverage rates and application procedures.
Warehouse Sealer X-2 has been specifically designed to seal very porous concrete or cinder blocks. This product is also recommended for poured concrete if the concrete is more than 10 years old or if signs of seepage or damage such as dusting and efflorescence are already evident. It is also recommended that this product is used on outdoor concrete surfaces which may be exposed to severe weather conditions.

The left hand side of this concrete tile was treated with Warehouse Sealer X-3 and the right hand side is untreated.
The tile was then covered in water which rolled off the treated side onto the paper below whereas on the untreated side the water was readily absorbed by the concrete. Warehouse Sealer X-3 
Warehouse Sealer X-3 is a special blend of polysiloxanes which crosslink below the surface of the concrete making the concrete surface water repellant and stain resistant allowing spills to be removed more easily. This product can either be applied alone or on top of the Warehouse Sealer X-1 or Warehouse Sealer X-2 products to provide double protection of the concrete with both deep sealing and a repellant finish.
Warehouse Sealer X-3 is highly effective on concrete in industrial and commercial applications providing a breathable barrier against water, stains, greases, gas, oils and acids. Any liquid that is spilled on the concrete will bead up allowing it to be mopped up or rinsed off without causing any staining to the concrete surface.

Concentrated Concrete Degreaser & Cleaner #1
Concentrated Concrete Degreaser & Cleaner #1 is a highly concentrated product which can be used to clean and degrease concrete, masonry, bricks, stone, mortar and stucco. This product will remove most stains including oils, greases, tar, dirt, grime, adhesives, resins, paints and graffiti. Removal of all surface residues is the critical first step in any project before applying the Warehouse Sealer products.
Concentrated Concrete Degreaser & Cleaner #1 is diluted 100:1 with water for light duty cleaning, 10:1 for normal cleaning, 5:1 for heavy duty cleaning and can be used straight if necessary when removing excessive amounts of oil, grease and paint.
Concentrated Concrete Degreaser & Cleaner #1 will clean approximately 100-200 square feet per gallon. The product can be fed through a pressure washer for easy dilution and application and then rinsed off thoroughly. If stubborn stains persist the product can be poured directly on to the stain and then worked in with a stiff brush for 10 minutes and then rinsed off. Even when used undiluted this product will not cause any damage to the concrete because it is not acidic unlike other cleaners based on muriatic acid which actually dissolve the concrete to remove the stains.
